Planning my week

I realized this week that I NEED a Better plan for my food choices....it's really hard at work to make good choices so I have decided this week to make a couple of different meals and portion them out for my lunch and dinner.

  1. I work at Maria's Cantina right now in Woodland and everyday I go in with out eating prior all I do is salivate the whole time. I want that mexican food! So I've been drinking a shake on my way to work and eating a salad when I leave. I too have a commute so it's hard to wait till I get home to eat but I have a bag of nuts in my car. I snack on some of those and then I'm home. Having the meals prepared and waiting will help you feel like "Why eat this when my food is ready at home?" then after you finish you feel good about your choice and that carries you on to your next meal. Every meal should be celebrated. Make your body dance for joy!! Good luck with week. Plan, plan, plan!!

  2. Good idea, I like to make baggies of my cooked ground turkey. Other wise I tend to put to much on each salad.
    This way I just dump it on and more veggies.
