So my name is Erika and I have been battling my weight for the last 14yrs...until I was 25 I didn't worry about what I ate or working out and then it hit me like a tin of bricks. I started gaining weight and I couldn't get it off. I have done Weight Watcher a couple of times and HCG a couple of times and I would get the weight off but I can't keep it off. So I am VERY excited to be apart of this group!! Lets do this and I hope I find a healthy relationship with food and become more active:) I'm tired of emotionally eating.
We are so happy to have you! A good way to get going on here is to list a couple things each week that you plan to do. Helps keep you accountable for those items. Maybe it's pre-planning food or recording it. Eating out less. working out. etc. Goals! Goals! Goals!!! :)
