Good Afternoon ladies...Congrats to Karen an Lisa Yay you guys:) So I fell off the wagon last week but I'm back on track ...little to much going out to eat and drinking I am slowing way down now. I'm also going to challenge myself to start walking at least 5 days a week. Wish me luck

Planning my week

I realized this week that I NEED a Better plan for my food choices....it's really hard at work to make good choices so I have decided this week to make a couple of different meals and portion them out for my lunch and dinner.
